The story begins with a lovely colored gemstone in want of a setting. Over the course of several months (I was not in a hurry), I met with Delouis to discuss and sketch ideas, decide upon a design, and review a wax model. Even though I had a couple of changes of mind along the way, Delouis was always patient, accommodating, and even excited about the changes. The finished ring - elegant and graceful with its small accent stones and high polish finish - is truly stunning! Jewelsmith's designers and metalsmiths are amazingly talented, creative, and exacting in their standards. Each piece of custom jewelry is a labor of love on the part of the entire staff. They take great pride in their work and they should -- they are the best in the Triangle!

Wonderful to be squeezed in at the last minute - really appreciated it! Planned only to look but bought a long lined after black diamond necklace. Gorgeous stones in other pieces! Wonderful help and advice

Had a terrific consultation with Delouis - very helpful in terms of suggesting things to look at as well as providing some sketches of possibilities. Good listener but also willing to suggest I other directions. Most fun I’ve had with a “consultation” in a very long time.
